You will ensure the systems we deploy in the ocean are engineered through the lens of naval architecture which will include initial trades, seakeeping and stability analyses, interfacing with external parties such as the Coast Guard, developing sea trial testing plans, and occasionally supporting deployments in the field. Your work will enable safe, reliable, and simple marine operations and system performance. We expect you to be especially strong in analysis and to gravitate toward first-principles, fundamental-physics approaches to problem-solving.
